The RF signal amplifiers are not returnable, unless defective and are returned directly to the manufacture.
Please research the item before you order it, so you are not surprised if it will not work on the type service you have,
these products do not work at 1900 mHz, unless stated for dual band models.
Boosters are not manufactured any longer by any wireless phone manufacture,
Audiovox, Motorola, NEC, Nokia and others have discontinued manufacturing this item due to the fact that they
are AMPS (analog) only. Companies saying they are selling a booster are actually
an amplifier to increase the signal, be wary of any companies selling a unit that is not FCC approved.
We have not seen one that actually does what is says that is not FCC approved.
